Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide on all orders totaling $100 NZD or more.

New Zealand

Within New Zealand we offer Free Shipping for all orders of $100 NZD or more after discounts are applied. For all other orders a flat rate of $4.50 NZD applies. For bulk orders, please contact us to enquire about the shipping rate.

 

All orders are sent via tracked courier and should arrive within 2-3 business days. For rural addresses please allow up to 2 additional business days for your order to arrive. Please note we do not ship to PO BOXES. Please provide physical address details and include a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address.

 

You can select whether ‘Signature Upon Delivery’ is required at the checkout page. Please note if ‘Signature Upon Delivery’ is NOT selected and the package goes missing AFTER delivery is completed, then that is at the customer’s own risk.

Important Customs Information

If you are placing an order for delivery outside New Zealand, please be aware that customs and import regulations vary between countries.

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that any item(s) you order are not prohibited or restricted within your delivery country. Quality Health accepts no responsibility for the refund or replacement of any item(s) or costs related to, or resulting form, the importation of confiscation of any goods by your country’s customs or government body.

 

If your order is returned to us by your country’s import authorities in resalable condition, we will refund you the value of the order, less any postage costs incurred by us, once we have received it.

Shipping Process & Delivery Times

We endeavour to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with instructions on how to track your order (if applicable).

 

NZ – Once shipped 2-3 business days (rural deliveries add another 2 business days).

 

AUS – Once shipped 4-10 business days.

 

SOUTH PACIFIC – Once shipped approximately 6-12 business days.

 

ASIA – Once shipped approximately 6-12 business days.

 

USA & CANADA – Once shipped approximately 6-10 business days.

 

UK & EUROPE – Once shipped approximately 6-10 business days.

 

REST OF THE WORLD – Once shipped approximately 7-14 business days.

 

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteeing delivery dates.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as Quality Health will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

 

For orders taking longer than expected to arrive:

 

1. Check any confirmation correspondence from Go Good in your inbox or junk folder
2. Identify tracking status and updates.
3. Check delivery details are correct
4. Check for any correspondence left by couriers – delivery cards or phone calls.
5. Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture – generally in the vicinity of your front door.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Please inspect the goods carefully when they arrive. If your goods arrive in a damaged state please contact us immediately to resolve any issues by emailing sales@qualityhealth.co.nz with your full name, order number and details of the fault including photographic evidence.

 

Please note that to be eligible for a return and/or replacement and/or refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please keep the original packaging where possible. Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded; unfortunately, sale item(s) cannot be refunded. If you are approved, we will advise you what steps to follow and what to do with the item(s).

 

Damaged products on international parcels have to be assessed by a post shop near your address and issued with a damage report within 7 days of receipt. For us to be able to assist you regarding damaged parcels, please contact us within 7 days of your parcel’s delivery date. We will not be able to refund or replace damaged products unless we receive a damage report from your country’s postal authority.

 

For returns, please note that unless due to an error on our part such as when we have sent you the incorrect order or damaged item(s), all returns will need to be paid for by the customer.

 

For replacements, if the purchased product is out of stock or no longer available, you will be offered store credit or a full refund.

 

For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days and an email confirmation will be send to you.

 

Please not that our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been longer than that since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.

 

Please do not post item(s) back to us without first contacting us by email. Any Item(s) returned without prior notification may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Cancelling orders

We can cancel and refund a submitted order for you as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact us at sales@qualityhealth.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. We will reply to your email to confirm if the amendment has been possible. The purchase balance for the cancelled item(s) will be refunded to the same payment method used to place your order.

 

Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it will not be possible to amend it.
